Just how it actually runs.
We are new enough that we do not have a wall of testimonials, and we are not going to invent any. What we can show you is exactly how the process runs.
How a Linc Point job works.
From the first call to the finished job, when you need work done at your place or a property you look after.
-
StartYou tell us the job.Give us a call, use the form, or send a few photos.
-
NextWe scope it.Photos and details, and we work out which trade the job actually needs. It is not always the one people assume.
-
NextWe put the quote together and present it.The scope in plain words, what is in and what is not. We walk you through it and answer the questions.
-
QuestionYou decide.Happy to go ahead? If yes, go on to step 5.If notThat is fine.Nothing goes ahead without your yes.
-
NextThe right local trade does the work.A local trade who covers your area and does that kind of work, licensed where the job needs it, with licence and insurance checked first.
-
FinishWe keep you updated until it is done. You hear from us without having to chase, and we check in at the end.
Read this first. The walkthroughs below are illustrative examples of the Linc Point process. They are not accounts of specific customers or jobs. When we have real results and written permission to publish them, they will replace this page and they will be labelled clearly as real.
A quote that went quiet.
The most common situation in any trade business, walked through from both ends.
Day 0
A job gets quoted. Site visit done, price sent that evening. The customer says they will get back to them.
Day 4
Nothing. Normally this is where it dies, because the owner is on another job and chasing feels awkward.
Day 5
Linc Point calls on the business's behalf. Turns out the customer was waiting on a partner and had one question about the scope. It gets answered.
Day 9
The job is accepted and handed over ready to go. The crew turns up and does the work, and the customer is already looked after.
The point of it. No new lead was bought and no advertising was paid for. The job already existed. The only thing that changed was somebody making the call that nobody had time to make.
A homeowner who gave up.
The starting point
Water staining on a ceiling. Four tradies contacted over three weeks, one turned up, no price ever arrived.
One call
They ring Linc Point instead. We work out what the problem actually needs, which is not always the trade people assume.
The right trade attends
A licensed local trade who covers that area and does that work. Licence and insurance verified beforehand.
It gets done
We put the quote together and walk the homeowner through it. Once it is accepted, the work gets done. We keep the homeowner informed and check in at the end.
A property manager with nine different trades.
Before
Nine numbers, nine different response times, and no way to answer what is outstanding without opening five inboxes.
The account starts
One contact for every trade and every site. Requests come to one place and get acknowledged by a person.
Work gets coordinated
Each request is scoped, the quote is put in front of the client fast, and the right licensed trade is lined up to do the job.
Monthly report
Requested, scheduled, completed, still open. One document that can be forwarded straight to an owner or a committee.
Which one of those sounds like your week?
