These terms are not a services contract
Using this website does not create a contract for any services. Any engagement between you and Linc Point, and any contract for trade work between you and a licensed contractor, is a separate written agreement.
Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Content is general in nature and is not advice about your specific situation. Prices, timeframes, service availability and coverage areas can change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no indicative figure is a quote.
Trade work
Linc Point is not a licensed building contractor. Regulated trade work is quoted, contracted, performed and warranted by an appropriately licensed contractor, who remains responsible for it. See our Service and Licensing Disclaimer for the full statement.
Your use of the site
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access, to submit false information or another person's details without their consent, or to use automated systems to harvest content or submit forms.
Information you submit
When you submit an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate, and that where you provide someone else's details you have their permission to do so. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and the Linc Point name and logo, belongs to Linc Point or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission.
