Who does the check?

Every check is done by Linc Point.

Is it a building inspection?

No. It's a visual check of the outside, not a building, pest, engineering or insurance inspection, and not a certificate.

Do you get on the roof?

Only where it's safe. Never on wet, steep or fragile roofs.

What do I get at the end?

A written Home Plan, with photos, in priority order: what to fix now, what to plan for, and what's all good.

Who does the work?

Licensed, insured local trades. We quote on behalf of our licensed trade partners, with their pricing, terms and warranty. Nothing goes ahead without your yes.

Do I have to be home?

Yes, or another adult 18 or over.

Can renters book?

Yes. Any work needs the owner's or property manager's okay. More than one property? Tell us in the form.

Where do you cover?

Booking Bribie Island to Helensvale, including Logan, Ipswich and Redlands. Elsewhere? Register your interest.

What happens to the photos?

We record what we find at your property, with photos, to build your home plan, remind you when things are due, and brief the licensed trade doing the work. We never sell your information.
