The Pre-Storm CheckPoint covers the roof, gutters, downpipes, trees, yard and shade sails in one visit, with a written Home Plan and photos. The smoke alarm check looks at every alarm's type, age, placement, interconnection and power source against the Queensland rules. Free checks are subject to availability.
Is there any obligation?
No. Both checks are free, with nothing to pay and nothing to sign. If something needs doing, you get a clear quote and you decide.
