Brisbane.
From Wakerley to Forest Lake.
Quotes put together, presented and followed up for homes and trade businesses right across Brisbane. One call, a real person, and the right local trade for the job.
Across Brisbane,
one call sorts it.
We take the enquiry, put the quote together, present it, follow it up and coordinate the job. The right local trade does the work.
Homeowners
Roofs, gutters, shade sails, fencing, painting, plumbing, and the job that has been on the list for a year. Tell us what is going on. We work out which trade it needs, put the quote together, walk you through it and look after you until it is done.
Trade businesses
Brisbane trades running flat out on the tools: we pick up the enquiries, put the quotes together, present them and follow them up, so good jobs do not go to whoever rang back first.
Property managers
A spread of Brisbane rentals: one contact for maintenance requests, quotes in front of you or the owner fast, and updates you do not have to chase.

Storm season in Brisbane.
Every kind of house.
Brisbane housing is a real mix. Timber Queenslanders and workers' cottages with tin roofs in the older suburbs. Brick and tile from the 70s, 80s and 90s through places like Carindale, Mansfield and Bridgeman Downs. Newer builds in estates around Forest Lake and Parkinson. Each one has different weak spots when the storms roll through.
- Older tin roofs. Rust along the laps and edges, and fixings working loose. Some older roofs are nailed rather than screwed, and loose fixings are how sheets lift in strong wind.
- Tile roofs from the 70s to 90s. Tired ridge capping and pointing, and cracked tiles. Wind-driven rain finds those gaps.
- Big established trees. Leafy older streets mean full gutters and branches over the roof. Clear them before the season.
- Low-lying streets near creeks. If you are new to the area, look up your address in Brisbane City Council's flood information. It takes a minute.
The full list is in our storm season checklist. If water is coming through the ceiling in a storm, call the SES on 132 500. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
